Justin Bieber Judge orders Justin bieber to come back to Argentina For Bodyguard Attack Case

Justin Bieber better start habla-ing some Español real quick -- 'cause a judge just ordered him to get back to Argentina for questioning in an alleged attack involving his bodyguards.The judge wants Bieber to answer questions about a scuffle between his bodyguards and a photog outside a Buenos Aires club in November 2013. The photog is accusing Bieber of siccing his goons on him.Biebs has 60 days to get back to B.A. for questioning. He could get a year-long sentence if found guilty of causing minor injuries.

 First class graduate of Lead City Uni jailed 12 months for $12,000 internet love

An Ikeja High Court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday sentenced a first-class graduate from Lead City University, Ibadan, Olakunle Akanni, to one year imprisonment for defrauding an American woman, Diana Huizenga, of over $12,000 – N1.92m through an ‘internet love scam.’

The sentenced was handed down on Akanni by Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo after he pleaded guilty to the offence during his re-arraignment.

One of his partner in the crime, Adesina Akinsola, was also given a similar sentence, however, the judge adjourned the sentencing of their co-accused, Dele Oshuntogun, till 17 November.

The judge convicted both of them on two charges of conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretence preferred against them, and consequently sentenced them to one year imprisonment on each of the counts, adding that the sentences were to run concurrently beginning from the day the judgment was delivered.

The convicts are said to have entered into a plea bargain with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

“The first defendant, Akanni, is to pay the sum of N2 million which is the equivalent of $12, 820 to the victim (Huizenga), as restitution.

“Also, the third defendant, Akinsola, is to pay the sum of N500, 000 to the victim as restitution,” the judge ordered.

He also ordered them to write an undertaking to be submitted to the EFCC that they would be of good behaviour upon their release from prison custody.

Narrating the facts of the case, the EFCC counsel, Mrs Zainab Ettuh, said the he convicts committed the offences between December 2010 and February 2012 in Lagos.

According to her, the convicts connived with others to obtain various sums of money from the victim, a 77-year-old American woman.

She said Akanni falsely presented himself to Huizenga as one Robert Lewis, a white American living in Nigeria, who was in love with her.

According to her, the convicts used the “love scam” to defraud the woman and even invited her to come to Nigeria with $90,000 before they were apprehended.

She said their offences contravened Section 419 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Lagos State, 2003.

Wizkid Reacts To Claims That He's Arrested For Smoking Weed In Kenya

From his alleged beef with colleague, Davido to his former producer, Samclef, blasting him and even calling him an ingrate, one will agree that Wizkid has been in the news a lot lately.

According to a report making the rounds that music star, Wizkid was arrested in Nairobi, Kenya over the weekend, for smoking ‘weed’ , the music star has come out to deny the claims.

A Kenyan publication, the Standard Digital News, which reported the news claimed Wizkid who was in the country for a video shoot and also to perform at a concert, was arrested at Nairobi Crown Plaza, a non-smoking hotel, where he was lodged.

“He was arrested when he was about checking out of the hotel after it was discovered he had smoked an illegal substance- weed. The hotel manager questioned him about the illegal act, which made them have a hot argument, before the hotel security men called in the police. On their arrival at the scene, the police arrested Wizkid with handcuffs and led him to the Capital Hill Police Station.

Even though he had paid the Sh50, 000 fine the hotel charges for breaking their rules, he was still taken away, before he finally sorted himself out. Wizkid was due to leave for Lagos at around 3pm and was forced to cancel the flight due to the drama” the online news portal reported.

The Star boy has however reacted to the report through his manager,  Seun Jonathan who said “Nothing of such happened. It is all rumour, rumors keep churning out everyday, it didn’t happen.”

Another source also made it known about the star’s  alleged cancelled flight saying: “I was on that same flight with him, he didn’t cancel any flight, it was only delayed. He was on that flight which left Nairobi at about 4pm.“

The starboy however reacted calm as he took to twitter page to make comments on the success of his show in Kenya, he tweeted: “Was out last night..All i hear is Wizzy wizzy..lol !! Big up the Dj’s steady supporting me and my Team..God bless y’all abundantly….2 sick shows last night!!! I’m too tired but the hustle continues!! Young Don never sleeps.”
